First, adjustable the external thread to the lowest position.;

Second, insert the inner tube into the outer tube to touch the target height;

Third, insert the lock pin into the adjustable hole of thread to fix the inner tube;

Fourth, place the scaffolding steel props in its workplace;

Fifth, swivel the external thread to make the props and construction formwork contact more strictly.
